Delete your Mostafa Solaiman account

How

1. In the app: Settings → Delete account → confirm. (Works for every account, including Google / Apple sign-ups.)
2. On this page: enter the email (or phone number) and password of your student or parent account below.
3. Can’t do either? Email support@mostafa-solaiman.online from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account” and your student number.

What happens

• Your account is disabled immediately: you can’t sign in, all your sign-ins end and push notifications stop.
• We keep your attendance and course records for the teacher’s records, so the account can be restored if you ask.
• To restore the account, or to have your personal details permanently erased, email support@mostafa-solaiman.online; we respond within 30 days.
• We may keep limited information if the law requires it or to prevent fraud. See the Privacy Policy.
