Email us

Include your student number and the phone model if the problem is in the app. We usually reply within one working day.

I can’t sign in

Use the email or phone number and password you registered with, or the same Google / Apple account you signed up with. Signing in needs an internet connection once; after that your ID and code work offline. Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the website sign-in page.

My attendance is missing

Ask your center’s assistant to check the session, or email us with the class and date.

Delete or restore my account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Or use the delete account page. To restore a deleted account, email us.
